We'll see! My husband actually likes to train to 18 anyway.Paulettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17086887061737386391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1962382630559934764.post-68464312286681442362012-11-05T21:08:35.372-08:002012-11-05T21:08:35.372-08:00I think I'll end up running, we should definit...I think I'll end up running, we should definitely try to meet up! I only did one for the Columbus cycle and then 22 miles but that was over a relay, so I am curious how even further breakdown works.Emily Nickleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01132103107254340075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1962382630559934764.post-60509302819810694202012-11-04T20:12:34.793-08:002012-11-04T20:12:34.793-08:00I feel like I'm teetering on the edge of too m...I feel like I'm teetering on the edge of too many 20 milers. I think experimenting is a great idea. My last long run before CIM is this weekend, so I'm right with you on the hesitation. There's no best way for everyone to train for a marathon so just trust yourself and see what happens. Please run CIM, it would be cool to meet up!

PS- I think our husbands are shoe twins. Mine runs in the same crazy yellow and orange Brooks Launch too. :)Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01212228308225991239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1962382630559934764.post-7430278229197603602012-11-04T15:40:07.057-08:002012-11-04T15:40:07.057-08:00Hey Paulette ..congrats on the half marathon PR .....Hey Paulette ..congrats on the half marathon PR ..
re CIM..I have a soft spot for that course..my first sub 4..

I love the rolling (mostly down) hills followed by the dead flat last 6 miles. And hopefully nice and cold for you that day!

Finding the right mix of training for the marathon is different for each person and I think it's a good idea to experiment.

See ya!
-paulPaulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06752798450146454511noreply@blogger.com
