Fab Ab February

I love running, but sometimes I need more motivation to do strength and ab work - and I've found my next ab adventure in Fab Ab February! I can't take credit for this find, because I saw it via Twitter from @abbylivenlaugh. She has a blog post about it too.

Each day in February has a sequence of core exercises (sit-ups, push-ups, plank) that build in number or time over the month. The beginning is super easy, but we'll see what I say later in the month...I'll make sure to comment on it in my weekly training recaps.

Anyone else want to join in? I mean, who doesn't want great abs!

  1. I started this yesterday and even talked my hubs into doing today's workout with me before work! I even printed it out so that I can mark off the days as I go! Love the sequence.

  2. I saw this on pinterest and already printed it out, so I'm in! Though, I'm sure I'll be doing more than the calendar says to do :)
